Bespoke Service Packages

That’s why we offer bespoke service packages for your Automatic Endoscope Reprocessors (AERs), Scope Storage, and Drying Cabinets. Before committing to standard 12 or 24-month contracts with your current AER supplier, it’s advisable to consult with our Service Department to explore how we can better align our support with your specific needs.

Our network of engineers, strategically located across the UK, ensures swift intervention, with current response times averaging under 5 hours. We continuously monitor and refine our response times to provide the most effective service possible.
To further support your emergency needs, we offer a dedicated Out of Hours Technical Helpline, staffed by qualified engineers who provide expert guidance when you need it most.
