In particular, Sohail Shami, Peter Maund, and Gary Wickett have always provided us with first-class customer service, where nothing is too much trouble to ensure that we can continue to provide a service to our patients. They have all gone above and beyond what could be expected to ensure there is no delay in service provision, whether it's being available at the end of the phone for advice, making every effort to attend as soon as possible when we have experienced technical or other issues, or always being available for support and staff training.
